The sky was dark and grey,
Then, as i turned a corner,
It almost seemed to say,
"Don't worry, things are changing,
to how they're meant to be,
and very soon you'll realise,
there's more to what you see."
So, instantly, i looked up,
and sure enough, instead,
i saw a golden amber,
when looking straight ahead,
and everything felt brighter,
and warmer than before,
so dreamily, i sauntered,
and started seeing more.
The sky was like a rainbow,
with pink and blue and mauve,
that whispered me a promise,
of everlasting love.
